Avalon Bed & Breakfast
The Avalon Hotel is accommodated in an Art Nouveau building and doesn’t have a typical hotel character. It is central, quite close to the city’s charming Eilenriede Park, which is ideal for extensive walks, and to a shopping mall. A taxi rank and an underground station are in short walking distance, and the main railway station is only 2 km away. Avalon Hotel or Avalon Apartment is located at a 5 min walking distance.

The apartment house Pelikan is centrally located in Hanover’s charming district of List. The Kröpcke (city centre), the trade fair and also the motorway are within easy reach. Hanover-List is a tranquil and safe area. Nearby is Europe’s largest city park, the Eilenriede, also in the vicinity shops, cafés, restaurants and many other amenities are to be found.
Gästeresidenz Pelikan is located 3 tram stations away from the clinic and can be reached with the trams 3, 7 and 9. We are located at Lister Platz, Pelikan Gästeresidenz is located at Pelikanstrasse. Walking distance is about 15 – 25 min.

A Gothic Hanseatic city and once a royal residence, Hannover is now the capital of the federal state of Lower Saxony and hosted in the year 2000 hosted the EXPO. Its changing history characterizes the face of Hanover and makes it a place where there is much to discover!

There are historical buildings, stylish architecture, gardens and parks, art and culture everywhere one goes.The Sprengel Museum, the Kestner Society, Niki de Saint Phalle’s Nanas, the Gehry Tower und much more make it worth more than just one visit. Hanover is also famous for its many public gardens and parks, such as the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen which were designed at the end of the 17th century on the initiative of the Elector’s wife Sophie. Hanover is also called the “Green City”, due to the Eilenriede, extensive woods which spread into the city, inviting one for long walks and bicycle tours.
A large number of streetside cafés and restaurants cater for gourmets. There is always something for music lovers, especially for jazz and classical music fans, in Lower Saxony’s metropolis.

Our international patient care service provides guidance, support and takes care of your needs before, during and after your out-patient stay at the Hyperthermia Centre Hannover. Even in modern times, traveling is exhausting, but we give our best to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay in our clinic.
Our multidisciplinary teams are available within our international patient care service organisation and ensure that your needs are understood. Our admission centre speaks German, English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Polish and Russian.
Our highly trained doctors and staff work hand in hand to ensure that interfering health situations are recognized during our diagnosis sessions, biological cancer therapies and regeneration therapies are tailored to your block or contingency therapy choices and fit your individual needs and schedules. If you have a special wish for your therapy plan schedules during your block or contingency therapies with Dr Peter Wolf or Dr Mohamed Ali Zayen, please indicate it to your individual patient care manager.
With your admission request and your preferred appointment for your out-patient clinic stay, we will provide you with a first draft of your therapy plan and a cost estimation. We can offer you support services before arrival and during the treatment. Simply state what are your needs during your correspondence with us.
A complete down-payment or even upfront payment before your arrival is not requested in our premises. We expect our patients to pay the estimated costs of your first week of hospital admission upon your arrival in our clinic and then on a weekly basis. After all, only when you arrive do our doctors meet you and together with you define your individual therapy plans.
